Contracts, Payments and Cancellation Policy

Secure Us offers monitoring of your security and fire detection systems through our central station monitoring center.  Monitoring contracts for twelve months are signed when your system is initially brought online, and renew annually.  You can choose the frequency of your billing for monitoring services.  Available plans allow you to choose billing annually, semi-annually, quarterly or monthly.  If you choose to be billed monthly, we will set up your account to be paid through an auto draft of your checking account.  After the initial twelve-month contract period, monitoring services can be cancelled with 30 day written notice.
